Talented AUCKLAND REACTOR gelding Antero notched his third win on end when he emerged successful at Gloucester Park on Friday night (March 12).
The six-year-old came from the rear of the five-horse field to outstay his rivals.
The mile rate for the 2536 metres was 1:56.2.
He clocked his last four sectionals in 29.1, 29.2, 29.2 and 29.5.
It was his fifth success from seven starts this year.
The winner of $125,000, Antero was bred by the late Harry Capararo from a Real Desire mare, Adda My Way (2:00.6), and is her first foal.
AUCKLAND REACTOR has sired 38 individual winners in Australia this year and they have amassed $425,000 in stakes.
