Promising AUCKLAND REACTOR three-year-old Energised was a most impressive winner at the Boxing Day meeting at Leeton.
Given the perfect trip, the filly was tipped three-wide at the 600 metre mark and quickly gobbled up her rivals to win by 12.4 metres under a hold.
She tramped her final 400 in 27.6.
It was her second success.
Bred and raced by Graham Kemp, Energised is the second foal and winner out of Forever Shining, an unraced Falcon Seelster mare.
The win took AUCKLAND REACTOR’s progeny earnings in Australia for the 2019/20 season to $2 million.
